How to report
Send your report to antifraude@tradsul.com.br, TRADSUL's official whistleblowing channel established in the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering Policy (POP-AD-002).
The more detail, the better the investigation: describe what happened, when and where, who is involved and, if available, attach documents or other evidence.
What can be reported
- Offering, requesting or paying bribes or any other undue advantage;
- Fraud, falsification of records or alteration of reports and technical studies;
- Conflicts of interest with parties involved in TRADSUL's cases;
- Suspected money laundering;
- Harassment, discrimination or disrespect in the workplace;
- Misuse of confidential information or data breaches.
Confidentiality and protection
Reports are handled confidentially, in accordance with the law and ensuring protection for the whistleblower. TRADSUL takes seriously every report made in good faith and does not tolerate retaliation, harassment or reprisal against anyone who reports or takes part in an investigation.
Identifying yourself is optional: you may report without giving your name in the body of the message. Note, however, that the e-mail address used to send it is visible to the recipient.
