Code of Conduct

For Tradsul's employees and business partners, integrity comes first.

POP-AD-003Summary versionApplies to all areas of Tradsul

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the original Portuguese version prevails.

At Tradsul, our values are the foundation of our business. We expect employees and business partners to share our commitment to integrity, to treat everyone with respect and dignity, and to conduct their activities fairly, honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, rules and policies. Where local laws or internal rules are stricter than these guidelines, they must prevail.

Raising Questions and Concerns

Ethics or compliance concerns must be reported promptly. Tradsul takes seriously every report made in good faith, keeps reports confidential to the fullest extent possible and does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports or cooperates with an investigation. The official channel is antifraude@tradsul.com.br.

Equal Employment and Diversity

Every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and expect employees and partners to comply with labor, civil rights and human rights laws.

Mutual Respect

We maintain an environment of courtesy and respect for privacy. Verbal, visual, physical or sexual harassment is unacceptable, inside or outside the workplace, and we expect the same commitment from our partners.

Fair Treatment of Employees and Labor Rights

Partners must treat their employees fairly and comply with labor law: forced or child labor is prohibited, pay must respect minimum wage, overtime and mandatory benefits, and freedom of association and open communication with management must be guaranteed.

Workplace Health and Safety

All work must be carried out safely, in compliance with health and safety laws. We do not tolerate acts or threats of violence in the workplace.

Confidential Information and Data Security

Electronic resources must be password-protected, and any suspected data breach or loss must be reported immediately. Personal data and confidential information (contracts, financial data, client lists) may only be accessed by those who need it, in accordance with data protection laws.

Conflicts of Interest

Employees and partners must avoid actual or apparent conflicts of interest, must not offer excessive gifts or hospitality to Tradsul employees and must disclose family or financial relationships that could give rise to a conflict.

Prevention of Bribery and Corruption

Tradsul neither accepts nor resorts to bribery or corrupt practices, including facilitation payments. Employees and partners must comply with anti-corruption legislation, including Law 12,846/2013 and Decree 8,420/2015.

Gifts and Entertainment in Business Relationships

Gifts of nominal value and reasonable hospitality are acceptable, but they must never be solicited or create the appearance of undue influence. Cash, cash equivalents and lavish courtesies are prohibited.

Financial Information and Accounting

Financial and accounting records must be accurate, up to date and compliant with legal requirements. We do not tolerate the falsification of records.

Fraud Prevention and Reporting

Any attempt to obtain an unfair or illegal gain is unacceptable. Third parties working with Tradsul must report every occurrence of fraud involving its business, and anyone who engages in fraud will be subject to disciplinary and legal measures.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Tradsul does not tolerate money laundering. Knowing our clients and their business is essential to identifying suspicious schemes; employees and partners must comply with prevention laws, watch for red flags and report suspicious activity.

Fair Dealing with Clients, Suppliers and Competitors

We deal honestly and fairly, fulfill our contractual obligations and never conceal information or misrepresent facts. We expect the same standard from our partners.

Representing Tradsul to the Public

Partners may not speak on Tradsul's behalf or use its name or logo without prior approval, and should avoid discussing Tradsul matters on social media.

In Conclusion

Tradsul's reputation for integrity depends on the support of its employees and partners. Following these guidelines is what upholds the values we share.
